Description
Bluebells after the Rain
This spring I had the amazing experience to visit a large field of bluebells flowers in bloom. These beautiful tubular clear-blue flowers flare open at the mouth and grow in clusters. They start out blooming as purplish brown before turning blue. While I have seen a bluebell flower or 2 previously I was unprepared for the beauty of the expansive field of blue in the middle of the woods. This set of Bluebells was in Avon, NY.
